ann-marie   Ann-Marie Wyness – Centre Manager, first direct

Ann-Marie will share her specialist experience of delivering award winning service and maintaining first direct’s number one slot at the top of the customer satisfaction charts. (See previous post for full biography)

dt   David Tempest – Director of Access Relations, Elsevier UK

David will share his experience of broadening access through building relationships with the academic community as customers, partners and stakeholders and will also reflect upon how the academic community engage with Elsevier and seek to influence them as publishers.     Call for Papers

    The focal point of this conference is on new ideas and new practices in managing relationships such as:

    1. Research Support and Open Access
    2. Working in partnership with HE stakeholders
    3. Communicating successfully – Delivering your message

    These themes are indicative; papers that relate in whole or in part to these themes are encouraged. `

    We are inviting proposals for paper presentations, workshops, posters and lightning talks.

    Short papers: 20 minutes presentation with 10 minutes for questions;
    Workshops: 45 minutes and including practical activities and audience engagement
    Lighting talk: 7 minute short presentations

    The deadline for submission Tuesday June 30th 2015.

    Please submit a 250 word proposal indicating which category you are submitting under to: rm-conference-submissions-group@york.ac.uk
